half way evaluation

this is the presentation of our half way evaluation as a group. for the presentation it was OT and his managing team, who spoke about what is to come what we have so far and answer any questions that came his way.
the main outcome was that more filming needs to take place and the storyline is key to a successful video.
the feedback that we got had good scores as we had figured out what we wanted and shown how we will get there. what we also need to work on was the colouring of the logo and the rest of the video as we only showed 30 seconds.

video first draft (30 seconds)

this is the first 30 seconds to the OT journey video. we came up with the name due to the story line that goes along side the video which is shown in the story board but it may be changed up slightly. as we want a montage type video that is edited but we also want a moral and a story line so that main show of the video is hard work and how OT has made it as an artist and how he is going to make it. so through the first 30 seconds it shows where he is now and for the rest there will be flash backs to where he used to be and how young he was.

mood board

this is our mood board for OT journey. it demonstrates what the music video represents.
the city in the day and night, this is in the video as a big place as it is what OT is aiming for as an artist.
dj and neon lights, this is in our video as it shows what OT is as an artist and his style of music.
there are editing lights this is what we aim for in the music video as it will bring a vibrant colouring to the video.

logo: first draft

this is first draft for a logo, the meaning behind the owl is that OT stands for Owles, Travis as that is the performers (my name) backwards. the owl is a symbol that stands out thrpoughout OT as an artist it is also going to be seen in the video as it is key to OT as a performer.

First Draft

for the first draft I demonstrated the motive of the video and that is the journey of OT, throughout the video there are ideas of a flash back to what was happening before his troubles. all is revealed later in the video.
